- $50 nonrefundable application fee
- Proof of high school completion
- Official high school transcript, GED, or equivalent
- Official college transcripts (if applicable)
- Dual credit transcripts (if applicable)
- Personal Statement (250–500 words)
- Government issued ID
- Pastoral, Professional, and Personal Reference (required)
- Immunization record (if under age 25)
- No SAT/ACT required. No minimum GPA required.
